Place a spirit level or ruler between your legs and pull it up tight to your crotch. Mark the top edge and measure the length to the ground. 2. Ratio of step length to body height To determine frame size, the most important factor is the stride length. However, the ratio of stride length to body height can also be important. Usually, stride length is 2,07 parts of your height. For example: height 180 cm / 2,07 = stride length 87 cm. 2.2 Upper body is larger with shorter stride length If your upper body is larger than your stride height, you should choose a larger frame size (+1-2 cm). 2.3 Your upper torso is smaller and your stride length is longer If your upper body is shorter than your stride height, you should choose a smaller frame size (-1-2 cm). Important: All above results are approximate values. |
